Single screw pump is volumetric working principle type pump, mainly working parts is eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bushings (stator). Because of the special geometric shapes, the two parts form respectively separate sealed chamber, medium uniform flow by axial, internal flow is slow, volume remains the same, the pressure is stable, and will not produce vortices and agitation.
Because the stator adopts various elastic material, this kind of pump has general pumps not competent properties to convery high viscosity fluid containing rigid suspended particles or fiber. Its flow and speed become direct ratio.
